Trademark Update – IntriEnergy Tandem Junction Photovoltaic Cell

IntriEnergy continues to pursue trademarks, with a recent milestone achieved. We have been successful in obtaining our “IntrinSiC Cell” trademark in India. This success is in addition to our previously secured trademark in the United States, both of which are significant target markets for IntriEnergy. The benefit of pursuing trademark protection is to assist IntriEnergy in safeguarding our brand identity by preventing others from using similar names, logos, or slogans and, allows us to stand out in a competitive marketplace.

D·ARK Project

IntriEnergy has completed its project with Georgia Institute of Technology, proving our anti-reflective coating (ARC) achieves near zero reflectivity across a broader light spectrum than today’s best-in-class ARCs.

Figure 1 – Today’s Typical ARC

This figure illustrates sunlight reflection from a silicon solar cell, with and without anti-reflection coating, noting that double layer ARC achieves near zero reflectivity between 525 and 650 nm. https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/abs/pii/S0272884225020905

Figure 2 – IntriEnergy’s Gradient Layer ARC This figure illustrates IntriEnergy’s reflectivity percentage (y-axis) vs wavelength (x-axis) for 6 DLC samples (60 – 65) prepared with different parameters.  This demonstrates that our DLC can be wavelenth targeted and modulated in a single application with near zero photon reflectivity.

Tandem Junction PV Cell Development

We are advancing the technological development of our patented Tandem Junction Photovoltaic Solar Cell.  IntriEnergy’s Dr. Gaspari is leading the accelerated activities to fabricate pre-commercial photovoltaic cell prototypes to demonstrate the improvement in electric performance and high efficiency. We are currently in he lab optimizing our Silicon-Carbide (SiC) Tandem PV full stack cell (2cm x 2cm). Large format wafter and cell engineering is anticipated to be completed in ealy 2026.

We will continue to keep you informed of our technical progress on these projects, leading to commercialization.

Sincerely,

Jackie Coffey

CEO
